Supernova

Supernova is an installation piece that aims to materialize the briefly burst of radiation that is a supernova. The shapes were created and put together randomly into a tangible installation that fixes in time the stellar explosion. In opposite of the real phenomen that is a supernova, which lasts only a few seconds and fades over months, the installation let the viewer imagine the burst and the movement of its radiation for an undefined period of time.

The installation was originally exhibited in Seoul at the Samwon Paper Gallery in 2009.
